VOLTion reserves the right to correct errors, update specifications, or modify product information without prior notice.
4. Battery Product Safety and Proper Use
Lithium battery products are technical energy-storage products and must be used, installed, charged, transported, and maintained properly.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that:
The battery is compatible with the intended vehicle, inverter, charger, solar system, equipment, or application.
The correct charger and charging parameters are used.
The battery is installed by a competent or qualified person where professional installation is appropriate.
The battery is not modified, opened, dismantled, punctured, crushed, submerged, or otherwise physically damaged.
The battery is not exposed to conditions outside the specified operating limits.
The Battery Management System (BMS), wiring, connectors, safety devices, and protective systems are not bypassed or tampered with.
The battery is used only for its intended application and rated voltage/current requirements.
Improper installation, misuse, unauthorized modification, incompatible equipment, physical damage, overheating, water ingress, short-circuiting, overloading, or use outside the manufacturer's specifications may create safety risks and may affect warranty eligibility.
The customer must follow all applicable safety instructions supplied with the product.

Where a customer provides incorrect vehicle, inverter, charger, motor, controller, load, or application details, VOLTion may not be responsible for incompatibility, reduced performance, or resulting damage.
VOLTion may request additional technical information before accepting a custom or application-specific order.
6. Quotations and Prices
